VESTAS NORTH AMERICAN CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS - Portland, Oregon
A 600,000 sq. ft. mixed-use, sustainable office building that emphasizes employee wellness and diverse work spaces. Program test fits and feasability studies on nine sites included waterfronts, urban environments, and historic warehouses. The project includes diverse office and collaboration spaces, multi-theater complex, museum, employee cafeteria, and fitness and recreation facilities. Certified LEED-NC Platinum.
