ST JOSEPH HOSPITAL CANCER CENTER - Bellingham, Washington

New 30,000 sq. ft. building that houses radiation therapy, infusion therapy, oncology clinics, and cancer survorship support areas. Several layouts for exam rooms, infusion bays, and support areas were developed for the medical team to decide between.

MULTNOMAH COUNTY EAST HEALTH, AGING AND DISABILITY SERVICES BUILDING - Gresham, Oregon

Master planning, programming, design aand construction of a new 88,000 sq. ft. service facility with future housing development planned above. Led the focus team to develop the program for complete agancy integration. The building incorporates the latest state-of-the-art technology for multi-media communication way-finding and security. The facility serves as a community center, multi-ciltural resource center, Loaves and Fishes kitchen and dining, fitness center, with a gift and coffee shop and is located centrally to the transit and light rail centers.

SKY LAKES HOSPITAL AND MEDICAL CENTER -

Eugene, Oregon

Approximate 95,000 sq. ft. addition including 51 medical inpatient beds, 18 rehabilitation inpatient beds, replacement emergency and imaging departments, and 32 behavioral inpatient beds. Approximately 55,000 sq. ft. of renovation including temporary relocation of inpatient beds into renovated existing building and permanent renovation for relocated lab, pharmacy learning and development, chapel, dining information technology, morgue, and disaster response center. Coordination of services and material transistions between the renovated areas and the new construction. Programming through construction documentation.
