MIRABELLA - Portland, Oregon
A 280-unit urban Senior Housing project with 30 stories. The first LEED Platinum CCRC in the country, Mirabella provides all levels of senior care, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing services. Seniors with an actively-engaged lifestyle enjoy a full health spa/fitness center, lap pool, library, cafe, courtyard auditorium, computer area, restaurant, and dining lounge. Winner of numerous local, regional, national, and international design awards.
UNIVERSITY RETIREMENT CENTER - Davis, California
The master plan for this CCRC provides the full spectrum of choices in retirement living and health care facilities, including 18 cottages, 16 garden apartments, 196 independent apartments, 32 assisted living units, and a healthcare center with 37 beds and an Alzheimer wing with 14 beds. Amenities include activity rooms, meeting and dining rooms, library, deli, fitness center, pool, and underground parking. Inspired by Bernard Maybeck and the California Arts and Crafts movement of the early 20th century, the interior design features extensive use of wood architectural details and furnishings.
ROGUE VALLEY MANOR, SKYLINE PLAZA - Medford, Oregon
Remodel and tenant improvement of the Rogue Valley Manor campus.
Located in Seattle's South Lake Union neighborhood, Mirabella provides all levels of senior care in a CCRC, including independent living, assisted living, and health care services. The project is 12 stories with 400 units, dining room, bar lounge, auditorium, wine tasting room, library, and an exercise facility with a pool.
Design, detailing, and documentation of 140,000 sq. ft. residential retirement facility.
Walnut Village CCRC, with 364,000 sq. ft. on 7.7 acres, is designed around three separate and distinct village centers. Most of the common amenities are accessed from a community central plaza, including the main dining room, club lounge, shops, deli/coffee shop, business center, mail center, library, welcome center, and the perfoming arts center.
